PRESS
ONE-LINER
The Things We Missed is a story you find, not an app you install - an interactive graphic novel about a man led out of the past he lives in by a message hidden in time. It unfolds through posters that come alive, free browser chapters, a playable escape room, and an original soundtrack collected on cassette tapes - each one a loose thread of the story: pull it, and it unspools.
AESTHETIC & GENRE
Warm-nostalgia interactive fiction in a synthwave / retrowave register: low-poly art, cassette culture, and an original electronic soundtrack woven into the story - music discovery is a gameplay mechanic, not a backdrop. Melancholy, hopeful and analogue-hearted, in a corner of internet fiction that usually runs on horror.
